I recently rented a storage unit and I chose to check out this location base off all the good reviews I read online. I also appreciate that there is an employee on location able to answer all my questions. I had not rented a storage unit before and had a LOT of questions. Ben was incredibly helpful and professional. He took the time to walk me through the process. The unit was very clean and easy to access. Some key features I like are the easy App, having employees on site, and quality security cameras. I am very happy with my rental and the whole experience.

I rented a storage unit because as yesterday I had nowhere to go and I needed to put my stuff somewhere. This morning I was approved for an apartment just a day before my lease expired. Benjamin I believe was the name of the gentleman who was so kind and cancel my rental unit without penalties. He was very transparent and also informative about the units and took his time to make sure I got the right unit for me and my situation.
