At this location, Joe was very helpful in the administration of the use of my storage space. The facility is very clean, secure, well lit and accessible. The office hours are convenient and the staff are always helpful. There is also a bathroom on site (during office hour) which is very useful and convenient. I would use them in the future if the need arises.

I am a disabled veteran and experienced some issues that led my account to be overdue and in danger of an auction. I spoke to Jay at the Downingtown location and explained my situation. She immediately assisted me and got me to a place where I was able to save my stuff. She was so courteous, knowledgeable, and professional.
