So far all I've experienced was renting the storage space in Marshall's Creek in the poconos and unloading my things into it, you have to use your phone to receive an Email from them BUT there is NO phone service in that area, I had to drive away to get the PIN to enter the facility. Once inside I found it to be super clean and peacefully relaxing, I will give an update when I go to pick up my belongings. ??
