Ms.Patricia is excellent, thorough, professional and takes her time giving us a tour of the units on 56th and Paschall Avenue. I have seen promotions on YouTube in regards to Extra Space Storage, and one of my coworkers rents a unit with them and had great experiences with them. I will definitely continue to rent with them and be with them in the future. They work with their customers, I would recommend Patricia to customers looking for a storage unit!

I wish I had taken a picture of the facility because it was top-notch. Clean, and climate controlled as advertised. The woman who was there working, Tempest, was the best! Even at the very end of an almost 11 hour shift she was generous with her time and went above and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of. Beyond that the facility is easy to access just across Gray's Ferry Bridge. The price was extremely reasonable especially when compared to other storage facilities, and for it to be so well maintained makes this a no brainer. Can't recommend enough.
