Lots of carts available to use. Really large elevators made. Moving really easy. The area where you unload is covered which was fantastic because it was raining that day!! And customer service was top notch. Thank you, Tawana! Also the facilities brand new so everything's really nice!

On the positive side, facility was clean ,bright and always At a comfortable temperature BUT the frequency of rate increases was ridiculous with no notice 75,00 dollars turned into 200.00 in about 2 years.

Easy to get to. Lots of parking and loading space. Usually there are carts available. Climate controlled. Nice & Clean. Reasonable priced. Great Customer Service. UPDATE 3 yrs later. Beware that they raise the price every year. And not just a little bit. I know the first year was a special price and was most likely to go up, but not as much as they did.The manager gave me a little discount for my complaint. He claims its because of supply & demand that the price increases. I think, once they have you, you most likely don't want to move your stuff elsewhere. That being said, I think they are are the same.
