The unit was great clean and you felt safe. Beware though they raise the prices significantly. I was surprised two to three months in to get a notice the price went up by almost double. I called and was told.prices are based on need so even though I planned to be there a year the price went up for me as well. To note I found on line prices even lower that what I paid when I moved in. Those poor people were unaware of what would happen next. I called and managed to get a little off the price. I then called around and found facilites.that would give me a significantly lower price if i paid in full. I ended up staying due to the effort of finding help to move out. Right before I left I received another notice price that the price was increasing yet again to 177.00 a month. I would look elsewhere unless it is a few months and you can pay them all up front. If they let you. Call around and make sure before you decide

I was already having a poor customer service kind of day when I decided to to venture into Extra Space Storage to bring them up to speed on my lost key, plus not remembering the code procedure to get inside. When I arrived the door was locked because they were away at lunch. I rang their RING camera and the gentleman on the other end told me to sit tight and the attendant was at lunch. She came back in no time, What ever problem I presented to Tricia, she answered with grace and poise! She walked me through the code entrance procedure, she cut my old lock off! She was knowledgeable about different questions that came to mind. I TRULY appreciate her! She turned my day around. Thank you, Tricia!
