To be honest, I would give the staff 5 stars. They were lovely and patient. The thing that I disliked was their predatory rates and the driveway of the space. You sign a contract where they tell you that you can't control the price. They keep the first couple months intentionally low, then Jack it up. WAY up. What started as less than $50 was $173 by the end ofy first year. Literally more than triple. As for the driveway, it's so dangerous! The biggest problem is that the whole thing slopes. It's Pittsburgh. Pittsburgh is hilly. But, for an area where people are constantly using carts to move bug heavy items, and with carts that don't lock and literally can't be stopped unless they're propped against something, it is actually dangerous. There were many moments that my cart started sliding away, I had heavy items in my arms and had to run after it or physically place myself in front of the cart for it to ram into me so that it didn't fly into the street, or damage someone else's car or my items. It's a terrible setup. Again, the staff have no control over those 2 problems. They were delightful. But, the management is absent and has predatory pricing
