I’m perfectly happy with the storage unit and facilities themselves (they’re clean and well maintained with easy access and long hours, albeit with pretty annoying and limited parking), but they have increased my unit cost twice in the past nine months, for a total increase of fifty percent in this time. I understand price adjustments in this economy, but this feels like an egregious price hike. There’s nowhere else convenient for me with currently available units that are *enough* cheaper to justify the pain of moving my stuff right now, but I will absolutely be keeping my eyes open and moving whenever it makes sense to do so.

They dont like to advertise that some of their storage units are In AIR! And there is only one ladder to lift heavy boxes up to. Super dangerous and they shouldnt stack units to make an extra buck. My box opened trying to lift it up there. A nightmare.
