I have only experienced visiting and obtaining storage unit. We have yet to move our stuff into it but trust it will be an easy move as it is A drive up which will make the unloading much easier.

I moved into this storage unit last summer(2014) it was an UN expected move that meant i had to pack my whole house up in one day and that be that. When I arrived at ESS I was greeted by JIM BASTIAN and was frazzled from packing all day and Jim nicely introduced himself and offered his assistance immediately in anyway that he could help... I stayed here for a little over a year and I will be honest the only reason I stayed at this facility was because of Jim, and as soon as he was transferring I transferred back to my original ESS location as well.

Jim Bastian, the site manager went above and beyond! I finally found a larger home so I was ready to move out from my unit. I had a difficult time trying to get a friend with a truck (surprise, surprise), lol. James was sooo very helpful in making my issue much less stressful. He is professional, friendly and most important a pro with customer service. His work ethic is what separates him from so many in this world. He truly knows the meaning of customer service. It is going out of your way to satisfy the client for repeat business or to recommend to other potential clients. I will definitely recommend this facility because of Jim, PLUS I don't want to forget to mention, the units are well maintained and clean. Wonderful and rare combo of service and quality! Bravo and thanks for making my move much less stressful!

When I arrived, I was greeted with a not so friendly face. He laid down the rules to me not with a smile but with a very stern attitude. Happy to have a storage facility close to home, was very excited, that soon faded away. I understand the policy's and so on, but it was as if I was getting a locker at a prison and not a costumer friendly storage facilitly. The storage is fine itself but the attitude I can do without.

Pop Pop's Stuff
When my father in-law passed away and I was named executor of his will and estate I was completely overwhelmed with activity and needed to immediately get his house cleared out and put into storage. The account was incredibly easy to set up and the agent I worked with was remarkably helpful and customer focused. The facility is well run and easy to access but with adequate security. I have absolutely nothing but positive things to say about this facility. It met all of my needs, was reasonably priced and seamless to rent.
