I went to Extra Space Storage in Coventry RI on Tiogue Ave and the customer service was excellent and well informative! A man named Jay was so helpful in explaining how it all works, the rates, gave great examples of what different types of items can fit it what different size storage units etc.. etc..! Very helpful, very friendly. Quaint place with a private woodsy atmosphere to it, being in a beautiful location that it is. Thanks Jay!

Although I was only there for 5 months, the best experience I've had with a storage facility and staff. Easily accessible indoor and outdoor units, mine was 15 ft inside the door. Carts always available. Super clean and well functioning doors. It came with a lock and 2 key which was mine to keep if I wished.
