Easy on line sign up. Discount for signing up online. Choices of sizes. Move in day needs improvement. Online it looks like front gate and access to storage are controlled through phone. Not accurate. Manual keying at gate. No tutorial how unit lock works. Lock left in unit on floor in envelope. Easy phone call w/cust service and walked me through the process. Space was clean, dry and easy moving truck access.

A few weeks ago My wife and I came in desperate and looking for storage. We just moved here from GA and we had never used any storage before. Andrea walked us through the entire thing and showed us a few options and helped us picked the best one. The store was very clean and maintained. Andrea went above and beyond, gave us a few local recommendations and the next day she came to the unit to make sure the move was going well and offered us water since it was almost 100 outside.
