I had to look for storage as I sold my house and Was in the middle of finding a new place. I searched within the area And found extra space to have the best Rates at where I was looking. I signed up through the web without looking at the space. When it was Closer time to move in, I checked it out. I was not happy with the space as it was very damp and musty smelling. I immediately had concerned for mold, As I am very mold sensitive. I brought it to the attention of the management. Nolan was kind and understanding and helped me look for another unit. We found another one that was acceptable. I moved my stuffed in without issue. The property is gated and kept clean. I had no issues until A few months later I see the charge increased Substantialy. I called and Was told a notice was sent out. I never received it. They realized they did not send the Notice to the correct address. Again on site management Was Is great and helped With pricing, However It was still too much for my budget. I was very disappointed That they increased the rent over $50 more In a few months. I feel like the web Rate was a catfish. I gave my thirty days. Again on site management was great and kind. I don't know who does this with the rates But it was not cool.
