The reservation process on line was simple. The website is easy to navigate. The prices are good and are comparable to other storage companies. Plenty of parking and the building is clean. I met with JJ at the office and he was personable and polite. I had a great experience. The cost got too expensive for a small unit. I ended up finding another company with the same size unit for much cheaper.

Fairly easy to set up everything online and the entire site inside and outside is very clean, secure and modern. I was greeted very warmly and professionally, even towards the end of the day for the office hours. Mrs Morgan was extremely polite, nice, helpful and knowledgeable about the place and her job there. I appreciate her and the whole process.
