Extra Storage has been a Saving Grace for me. We started out this move thinking we were going to need just ONE ??? 10 x 20 storage unit. Well, we quickly filled that one up. The same day I called Eli, and at that STRESSFUL moment he simply said “No Worries!” What do you think you may need? I said, “Give me the biggest available.” Again, he said “No Worries.” He added the unit to my account any the process was flawless. The next I called back, and was able to get yet another unit. This has been one of the hardest moves I done in my life. The back story is our house sold after 5 day on the market and we thought it was going to 30-45 day process. Well, they wanted to close in 10 days. STRESSFUL to say the least, but by the Grace Of God and help of Eli, we are moved out and the rest is now history. Thank you so much Eli for your professionalism, kindness, and amazing customer service. We are very grateful you were always willing to help. I know it’s your job, but it was the EXTRA SAUCE for me. :-)

With so much transition going on right now in my life. it was awesome to have someone like Michael at the Sparkleberry location in Columbia SC to assist me with my storage needs. Michael is extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer 98% of my questions before I even asked. He was patient with all of my chaotic 'run-ons: and gave me top shelf customer service; making sure I knew exactly what to expect and how to proceed after our conversation! The main thing I look for in my consumer transactions is great customer service and then of course a great price ??; and Michael provided both; and proved to me that there are still great folks in the world; who honestly care about how they treat others!
