Do anything you can to avoid extending your initial contract because they will attempt to double it, even after promising to keep the rates the same for a year. Very shady and disappointing business practices. Many of these reviews are 5 stars because they are nice to you when signing up, then they beg for a review BEFORE you even get to use their services. The actual experience is not 5 stars. I’ll never rent a storage unit again.
