We purchased a unit on auction at this facility and Bob was the gentleman working when we showed up. Bob went above and beyond what he had to including bringing us ice cold waters and helping us out with some extra rope to use for tying down some things! Bob also worked with us on being able to pick up the unit and as well as helping with the final clean up! Awesome experience all the way around and Bob thank you again for such kindness and being awesome!

This was my first experience at this storage facility. Bob exceeded my expectations! He was extremely friendly and helpful from start to finish. I was having some trouble getting my unit secured properly in my vehicle; Bob noticed and immediately gave me a hand. I left later than intended and it didn’t even seem to phase Bob., he just continued being helpful and friendly. Great customer service skills!
