Extra Space Storage is a great place to store your things. Lori and Dennis were especially helpful with the move-in process. I like the security of knowing my belongings are inside in a climate controlled area with my own lock.

STORE YOUR THINGS HERE!!! 100/5 stars. Store Manager Lori and Dennis at Extra Space went above and beyond to help me out in the aftermath of Hurricane Helene, and that’s putting it lightly. I was notified as soon as possible by Jordan in the Westgate branch, and she was as kind as ever too. Some minor damage occurred when a tree fell on the property. The electricity was out, and I showed up alone to go through an admittedly chaotically packed unit I hadn’t visited in a couple years. When I showed up, Lori was very clear explaining the situation to me, and was equally thorough in making sure I understood how to file a claim. After a lot of effort, Dennis was able to open up my unit and they both immediately offered to help. It took over an hour, but these folks were right there with me the whole time, holding flashlights, moving horribly packed boxes and bags, juggling other customers, putting up with my shouts if I thought a spider was crawling on me… and they were kind as ever. Genuinely willing to help, even in the wake of Helene with no power in their own homes for nearly a week. Unfound kindness these days. I showed up at 3pm and left around 4:30pm and felt like I made two new friends. Cheers to Lori and Dennis, absolutely could not have done it without you guys!
