After 2 months my unit rate was raised by 15%. The parking lot/driveway is sketchy since people don't care that its one way.

I’ve had an excellent experience with this Extra Space Storage location, and a huge part of that is thanks to Tom. He does an amazing job managing the facility and truly goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. Tom is professional, friendly, attentive, and clearly takes a lot of pride in keeping the property in top shape. The facility itself is always incredibly clean, well-maintained, and feels very safe and secure. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is a priority here.
