I had a small locker which fit my need perfectly for 3 + years that I needed it. Prices increased which I understand. In the end the price with the non optional insurance for the small locker was 70 dollars a month. My only real complaint was the insurance is not optional. For me and what I had in there it wasn’t worth the extra 12 dollars a month. Over all I would still use again.

When I first moved in I had an incorrect lock on my unit. Tom called me and told me that my unit was not secure. I was out of town and Tom charged the correct lock to my account and put it on my unit. Tom went above and beyond to ensure that my unit was secure. He was very professional, well spoken, and had excellent customer service. We need moe people like Tom.

Clean and convenient but the price goes up every few months so definitely not a good place for anything more than a few months. Very disappointed.

Love the whole process! It’s quick easy and month to month with no contract. When it’s time to move out they let you keep the lock and make it super easy to “move out.” The only reason I can’t give this five stars is the price. For a 10x15 unit we paid $130 monthly which is why we had to move out only after using it for 3 months.
