I’ve had an excellent experience with this Extra Space Storage location, and a huge part of that is thanks to Tom. He does an amazing job managing the facility and truly goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. Tom is professional, friendly, attentive, and clearly takes a lot of pride in keeping the property in top shape. The facility itself is always incredibly clean, well-maintained, and feels very safe and secure. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is a priority here. I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone looking for a reliable storage facility. If you want great service and peace of mind, this is the place to go!

I was a customer of Extra Space Storage for a few years. I honestly never had any issues with them, the facility, or moving in/out. Facility was always clean, and everyone I ever spoke to was kind. The only reason I feel I couldn’t give more than a two star is the rates. I know and understand economy changes and rates will adjust. I couldn’t swallow paying $171 for a 5x10 unit any longer. I will add, this was not with 24 hour access and on the fourth floor. I called and asked if there was anything available along the lines of customer loyalty… they came back with “the best they could do is $153”. I laughed to myself and asked when is the last day to move out will be. I let them know I would have my things out by said date. That was the whole conversation. I moved my things to another storage company, also paying a fraction of what I was paying at Extra Space Storage.
