Nessa was so courteous at this location. The unit I was assigned was too big, this wonderful lady made me aware of a smaller unit that just moved out. She cleaned it, transferred my unit all while smiling the entire time.This means so much these days! Great customer services,

Poor Customer service- I received from Erica Scott, the current manager. I was previously informed by a former employee (learned this in the call with Erica), Ebony, that I would receive one month of free rent. Due to office renovations, I was told the credit could not be applied at that time. However, I never received any follow-up or resolution. I bubbled this up to corporate and no one ever followed up with me. After my lease was significantly increased, I raised this issue with Erica and provided documented communication, including timestamps and prior outreach to corporate. She advised there was nothing she could do to assist, neither did she conduct any research. I am requesting a review of this matter and resolution of the previously promised rent credit. But - she's horrible.

Stop calling corporate and send a complaint to the Tennessee Attorney General’s office. I moved out of Extra Space Storage at 512 26th Ave N in Nashville on Saturday, and the experience was terrible. The closest elevator to my unit on the fourth floor was out of order, so everyone had to use one faraway elevator. That was not properly communicated ahead of time, and it made the move take twice as long as it should have. Because of that extra time and extensive walking, I had to pay around $400 to $450 more in moving costs. My veteran father was there helping me, but the walk was too far for him physically, so he had to sit outside in a chair because he could not keep walking back and forth. My 3-year-old granddaughter was also with me, and when the leasing agent left for an extended time without unlocking the bathroom, we had to go across the street to the fire station just to use the restroom. I emailed corporate and got no response, and I was told they are not going to do anything. This location should be held accountable for the inconvenience and cost they caused. I’m leaving this review so other people know not to just keep contacting corporate, but to also report issues to the Tennessee Attorney General’s office.
