It seems since Covid our world has changed as has the way we conduct business. It can be frustrating when needing assistance and you can’t reach someone or they don’t seem to be as committed to helping. Cody assisted me in renting a unit. She was extremely patient as I was driving to an appointment while conducting business. The skills she possesses are unbelievable. She focused on my needs, covered all the terms and conditions, truthfully and made my day a bit brighter. It felt like I had known her forever. When I finally arrived in person to sign the documents, ready… She spent time just talking with me and you just don’t find that every day so kudos and thank you. Further that, I was on my way to a different facility which offered only outdoor entrance to unit without climate control and was $15 more per month. I was able to immediately move a few pieces of furniture into my storage unit easily due to the carts available and my lock was already in my unit. I would recommend this company but certainly this location.

Cody is a true Rockstar! She helped us while also helping two women ahead of us, another behind us and, she still answered the phone in the most polite and courteous manner! Give her a raise! The facility is very nice w/an on-site bathroom and water fountains. I would highly recommend this facility!
