I’ve had an outstanding experience at Extra Space Storage in Alvarado, TX! The customer service is top-notch, and I truly felt supported every step of the way. Katelyn and Nick, the property managers, went above and beyond to help me reorganize my large 10x30 unit. They were extremely helpful, professional, and had such a positive, team-oriented attitude that made a potentially stressful task much easier. Katelyn has been absolutely wonderful since the very first day I opened my unit—always courteous, responsive, and genuinely caring. It’s rare to find customer service like this these days. Extremely helpful staff Katelyn was super helpful with deciding what unit to rent and explained all the fees so it was super easy to understand i ended up renting the perfect size for all my furniture and belongings
