Overall great, any issues Taylor took care of it.except y'all have her hands tied. She can't do the right thing for the customer because of your rules. Or idea if how a business should treat there customers . Iv been trying to move into a new unit. Always something holding it up. The construction crew y'all use was slow and sloppy. I offered to finish the job for free to move in but it wasn't accepted. So in the meantime. My unit was robbed. And then they locked it where I couldn't see what was taken . So I had to pay to open it and see what was taken. Survalic wasn't good at all. So I got to pay to see iv been robbed. That's terrible business And they rented out the unit I had been trying to get for months. Supposed to be monitored. Lights aren't even hooked up back there. Offered to do that. But have to wait on the sorry people y'all hired to do facility matinace. I could do that in my sleep really y'all didn't hold up ur end of the contract in my mind. You just want money irregardless of your performance. And I lost alot of money. You going to cover that. Thank u
