Slater was excellent. He called me within 5 minutes of me renting a unit online, offered me the option of Bluetooth lock or key lock, and walked me to my unit to show me how the Bluetooth lock worked. Excellent customer service, clean unit, easy access. All in all I highly recommend.

I had a great experience renting a unit here. James was extremely friendly and helpful—he even took the time to help me install the lock on my storage unit. The facility is clean, climate-controlled, and very easy to access. One feature I really like is that you don’t even have to get out of your car to use the entry gate. You can simply open it from your phone, which makes moving things in and out much more convenient. Overall, the process was simple, the facility feels secure, and the customer service was excellent. Thanks again to James for going above and beyond!
