We have been with Extra Space Storage since February of 2024 when they were owned by Life Storage. They have always done us right Adriana has been exceptionally helpful when it comes to our storage unit. She’s been wonderful in breaking down the information and guiding us through the process as we go along. She is very professional and kind. And my partner loves that he is able to speak Spanish to her as needed. She is very professional and likable. However, I do have some additional information. We have found a few cockroaches & crickets around our storage unit, never any inside because the units are sealed from the bottom. Only in the walkways and outside. The units in the 1200s hall of storage units do not feel nearly as temperature controlled as the 1100s and the 1300s. We have noticed (As well as management, who ultimately resolved the issue.) multiple transients resting inside of the storage facility. Using the outlets, warmth and coverage as protection. (Personally I have no problem with this but it is something to be said.) They have been a great place for us to store our valuables and would definitely recommend to people in the Menchac-area that are in need of a storage unit.
