Easy purchase and check in process. Ladies called when they didn’t think I would like the unit assigned to me and helped me transfer to a different one. When I got there and checked in they were very friendly and guided me to my unit.

I just had one of the best customer service experiences that I’ve had not only with extra space storage, but probably one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in general. Sesa is AMAZING. We are leaving out of the country and we’re very stressed out about moving into the unit on a Sunday. She made the process absolutely seamless and also offered to test our gate code for us to ensure we wouldn’t have any last-minute stress. We have rented from this extra space storage before. The units are very nice. Everything is secure. The staff has consistently been amazing. I would highly recommend renting from this particular location.
