I recently attended a grand opening at a food truck next to this storage facility. There was no where to park as the food truck is located in a gas station so I parked along a grass divider next to the storage facility. As I was waiting in line, someone informed me that cars were being booted. About 6 cars, including mine, were booted that parked by the facility. My car was there for about 10 minutes and it was not impeding any business operations. It costed me $100 to get the boot off my car. Clearly the employees at this business have no empathy for others as they thought it was appropriate to intentionally cause financial harm. It would be understandable if I was parked in the parking lot or blocking the entry for hours but this was not the case. I would not recommend this business and whoever decided to have the cars booted should absolutely be ashamed of themselves.

Do not use the online reservation system. If the office is closed, go somewhere else. I was in an urgent need for storage on Sunday May 24th. I saw the office was “open” on google map and went there, door was locked and nobody was in the office. I scanned the QR code and reserved using their online system, end up paying $107 for the smallest unit (account open fee, lock fee, etc.). Then, I was given “unit A3”, which DOES NOT EXIST in this facility. I spent 30 mins looking for the unit and checking the online floor plan map, before I finally realized that “Unit A3” is a fake room number. I called multiple times for customer service, nobody answered. End up paying for $100+ in an emergency, wasting over an hour for nothing. Horrible experience. I hope their front desk service is better than this useless online reservation system. Edit: I was contacted by the customer service next morning and got a full refund. They apologized and admitted that the online system and video call device wasn’t working, and the floor plan was not up-to-date. (A3 is not in the main storage building but behind the office). I appreciate the attitude and therefore edited this review.
