Howdy Google review checkers , wanted to share some good insight and for your knowledge , I have been using the place for years (5 years,) , real simple reason why?! it’s safe , it’s well kept and that what we need and it checks all the boxes , plus with Mrs Peggy who just retired , and Mrs Natalie who is Captain of the ship , the place has great customer service and they make us feel at home always.which just plain nice , rent knowing your in good hands . We've had an excellent experience with Extra Space Storage off Highway 290 near Dripping Springs. The manager, Natalie, is outstanding and always seems to be on the property, making sure everything is clean, well-maintained, and running smoothly. The grounds and facilities are consistently spotless, and she's always such a pleasure to talk with whenever we stop by. One of the things we appreciate most is how safe and secure the property feels. It's well-lit, professionally managed, and clearly cared for. During the middle of our move, having a reliable place to store our personal belongings has been a huge relief. The location is also incredibly convenient, making access easy whenever we need something. We plan to keep our unit for at least another five months and have complete confidence that our belongings are in great hands. Highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for secure, well-managed storage in the area!
