Is it free to park at this facility?

We allow customers to park for free in designated areas while loading or unloading your items. For even more convenience, book a drive-up storage unit which allows you to park and unload your vehicle right at the unit door.

Is there a minimum rental period for storage units?

At minimum, you can rent a storage unit for one month. Extra Space Storage rental agreements are renewed on a month-by-month basis and can be canceled at any time.

Only available at participating locations for selected units. Extra Space will provide a $50.00 credit for customers that use a moving truck or moving service to move into the Extra Space facility. To redeem, customers must provide a valid receipt from the moving service to the store manager. Please see the store manager for additional details.
