Sooo my stuff was stolen and broken into . What is the protocol for contacting customers about break ins? What is the procedure? What are the steps taken to INFORM CUSTOMERS ABOUT THEIR BELONGINGS BEING TAKEN AND STORAGE BEING BROKEN INTO? What is the way of contact? Does the company Email with information? Does the company inform via text with emergency information? Does the company send pictures of the break in and the customers unit? What urgency is taken?. I would like the response posted on here so customers know what to expect when this happens to them. ****This review was written and revised October 6th, 2026. As well as the day I WAS INFORMED OF THE 3/24/2026 break in! P.S. Something is real suspicious about this….
