The gentlemen I worked with on the phone was super helpful. Covered all bases. Most companies are horrible on the phone these days.

My mother has been storing here for years, going through different management and the ladies in the office have been great. The customer service here at the Military PKWY location is wonderful. They really know what's going on at the facility and remember us by name, which is a really nice feeling like were not just another number. I recommend extra space to anyone needing storage.

I had a great experience when I went to your facility. The manager Brytnee was amazing and super helpful. Her personality definitely brightens up the place. I’d definitely recommend anyone to rent at Extra Space Storage.

I was having a rough day and was overwhelmed with the things I needed to get done. Brytnee the manager helped me tremendously with my storage needs and a dilemma I was in.
