I know it’s not much to say when you’re looking for a storage space but if you wanna go somewhere where they really treat you nice and explain the contract to the fullest and do as much as they can to help you with being able to get in your unit, know how to set up and pay online. Any question you need to ask the answer for you look for a beautiful sweet lady by the name of Joe, she has helped me out and I appreciate everything so far they have beaten every Storage that I’ve been to.

If you're looking for a GREAT experience in storage solutions, look no further! I cannot begin to sufficiently express my APPRECIATION for the experience I've had and continue to have at EXTRA SPACE STORAGE in Duncanville, TX (at Hwy 67 and Cockrell Hill). The level of CUSTOMER SERVICE I've received from MANAGER JO is absolutely TOP-notch! Whenever I've had a concern about anything (access, payments, etc.), Jo always seems to be a step ahead of me with a solution! I have a very busy life, so that kind of care and concern means everything! Speaking of great customer service, Alex is also super efficient! Like Jo, he goes great lengths to make sure no concerned goes unaddressed. They've shown that they are not satisfied until the customer is satisfied! They truly make a GREAT TEAM! It goes without saying that when seeking great storage solutions, whether that's for home, office, or both, a primary concern is always SAFETY and SECURITY. All would agree that a safe location where one's belongings are secure and protected is absolutely priceless! I've been at this location for DECADES (since the 1990's)... I've stayed through many changes, updates and upgrades, and I can honestly say that I've never lost CONFIDENCE in their efforts toward making sure they are provding WORRY-FREE storage solutions! On that note of confidence, I've REFERRED MANY FAMILY and FRIENDS over the years to this location. NO ONE has ever reported a negative experience-- NOT ONE PERSON! That says a lot!! Again, it's PRICELESS!! Speaking of priceless, let's talk about PRICING! As I mentioned earlier, I've been at this location for decades, and over that time, I've done a great bit of research on pricing. It's interesting to me that over so many years, I've still never found better pricing than I've had with Extra Space! Not only are they competitive in their pricing, but for this level of SOPHISTICATION in storage industry service and safety, they beat pricing across the market... hands down!! Whether SAFETY & SECURITY or SERVICE & SAVINGS, Extra Space Storage checks all the boxes!?? I'm sure you would agree that it really doesn't get any better than that! ??Final Note...
