Dennis and Ashley have been so helpful. Dennis has helped over several years. My keys were stolen (house, car, storage). Dennis came and cut old lock off so I could install a new one. He calls to remind my aging mind of upcoming payments to help prevent late fees. Ashley also helps to remind me. I could move to a cheaper storage but the care I received keeps me here. Thanks guys.??

I had 3 storage units here. All small units. After renting them they doubled my rent with no notice after 3 months. Just a horrible bait and swith in my opinion. I found a larger storage unit at another place for half of what im paying Extraspace. Staff is very friendly here but double the rent of other storage places isn't worth it.
