Great place to store your items. Philip was very helpful in getting me started with a unit. Philip was very kind and let me take my time when choosing a unit. He showed me several different sizes ,but I was not sure which size would work better. I was very happy with size of unit I did pick, and Philip let me know I can always get a larger size later if needed. When I did originally sign up for Extra Space Storage it was under name Free Up Storage. Didnt know they were changing.. but I have to say Extra Space was really professional and sent me all the documents and updated information letting me know they were changing, as well as updated phone numbers, websites and online portal to use if needed. .There was an initial issue with updated passcodes to get in the building. A nice lady who worked there took down my name and number to update me when issue was resolved. But that Issue was taken care of promptly and resolved next day. Also thought the hours would be limited, but nope can come as early as 6:00 am and as late as 10 am for gate access, if needed. Just wanted to thank Philip for being super kind and helpful and making process easier. I really appreciate the good service!
