Horrible rates, we started at 140 then in June up to 220 now 6 months later over 300. When you sign up it will say month to month but I feel as a consumer that is such a scam way to use "Current Market rate" jargon as a way to rip off people. Find a place that does at least yearly locked in rates, Extra Space increases every 6 months so January and June. They just say its Market Rates LOL. I know it was month to month but never thought it would KEEP going UP. I am out of state and now have to go back sooner than expected to move my items.
