5 BIG stars for Emmy! This woman should have her own storage facility. Emmy is always professional, knowledgeable and the hardest working employee I have ever seen. Emmy tries to help every renter come up with recommendations and solutions. She certainly keeps the property running, addresses property issues and is willing to help in any way possible.
