I had such a great experience at Extra Space Storage in Lewisville! Emmy was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She was so kind, professional, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. She made everything feel stress free and explained everything clearly. The setup process was also super quick and easy, which I really appreciated during a busy move. It’s rare to find customer service this good these days, but Emmy truly went above and beyond. You can tell she really cares about the customers and takes pride in her work. If you’re looking for a clean, affordable, and well managed storage place, I definitely recommend Extra Space Storage in Lewisville and ask for Emmy if you can. She’s awesome!
