Great service! Actually did everything in just a few minutes over the phone. They even sold me a lock and had it in the unit waiting for me. The place is spotless! I feel very secure storing my stuff here.

Erin is always very helpful when I need something. Since she came back to work for Extra Space Storage I can see a big difference in how clean it is around the fence and up against the building. I had gotten to where there was a lot of trash everywhere and you can tell Erin takes pride in her work place. Thank you for rehiring her, you made an excellent choice. We’ve been extremely satisfied with Extra Space since we started renting. Recently our lock malfunctioned and Erin called me the same morning when she noticed our lock was gone. Excellent customer service!! Erin is the best!
