After two years of being at Extra Space Storage, I found their prices became too expensive. They informed me that rates increase based on the storage market, but it seems logical that customers would prefer to go where prices are lower. Just like when a store has a sale on its products, people flock to the sale rather than choosing a place that charges more.

Everyone here is always so helpful and polite whenever assistance was needed! I used this Extra space storage location for almost 3 years without incident. My items were secure and the facility was always clean and well taken care of. I had a climate controlled unit and there was never any incident where I didn’t receive the service I’d payed for. Billing was always easy and customer service was always quick and no fuss. On my final day Joe assisted me and was quick to send my receipts! (Some storage facilities I’ve dealt with in the past have dragged their feet in the past)He along with any other personnel I have encountered have always been professional , courteous, and kind. If I have need for a unit again I would definitely consider them!

The best storage facility I’ve ever been to. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. They definitely made my moving experience as smooth and painless as possible. Their facility was clean and organized very well. I’d recommend giving them a shout if you have any storage needs.
