Who knew renting storage spaces could turn into a masterclass in organization and strategic planning? A HUGE shoutout to Elena, who has been absolutely phenomenal! She’s helped us manage FOUR different storage spaces, and when I say helped, I don’t mean just handing us keys and pointing us toward a unit. She’s practically been our organizational mastermind, brainstorming and strategizing with us to figure out how to make everything work! As we transitioned back home, having someone like Elena in our corner made an otherwise overwhelming process so much smoother. Her patience, professionalism, and willingness to think through solutions with us have been invaluable. As for the facility itself, Extra Space Storage checks all the boxes: * Accessibility: Easy to get in, get out, and get things done. * Cleanliness: Extremely clean and well-maintained. * Atmosphere: Quiet, peaceful, and never feels chaotic. One suggestion for improvement: I’d LOVE to see an optional paid add-on that allows customers to use the property’s dumpster. When you’re moving, reorganizing, or downsizing, there’s inevitably some waste. Having a convenient, reasonably priced disposal option would make an already excellent experience even better. Final verdict: Storage is one thing. Having someone who genuinely helps you navigate the logistics of life is another. Elena has turned what could have been a stressful experience into a smooth transition. Extra Space Storage, you’ve got a gem in Elena! Give that woman her flowers! Highly recommended!
