I’ve been renting a unit from the location at 10920 Bandera for a few years and have enjoyed good customer service regarding issues with my account, as their reps have been very helpful. I was needing to downsize into a smaller unit and was concerned about the transfer process as I didn’t want to lose the monies I had already paid on my larger unit. The acting Manager at my location, Will, was extremely helpful and ensured that not only I’d have a smooth transfer process but he went the extra mile to have my prepaid monies applied to my new rental and worked me a very reasonable and competitive rate. He made me feel like a valued tenant and I’m very grateful for his service. With local onsite Managers like Will, and their great call center reps, I highly recommend Extra Space Storage!
