I used this unit for a quick 5-day move in April. On the plus side, the security gate is excellent—using the app to open it is super convenient. They also provided a free lock, which was a nice gesture, even though it only works for their units. Unfortunately, the unit itself was dirty and full of leaves when I checked in, and the light bulb was missing, making it hard to move things at night. Their hours are also very strange (closed 4 days a week), and getting someone on the phone is nearly impossible.
