Extra Space Storage just took over the storage location that I’ve rented from for many, many years. Melissa emailed me, as well as called to let me know the situation and help me get my auto payment set up. She also filled me in on the new extended business hours of operation, which is great! It was necessary for her to call me back with some information I requested and she did just as she said. She called me back about an hour later to give me the info. She was so pleasant and helpful and its great to deal with someone that appears to truly love their job.
