i’ve been throwing my things here for about a year now. I’ve had to transfer to larger units back to smaller units, etc. and the process has always been seamless and straightforward. I’ve never had an issue with theft or pests, and the rates are always fair. Melissa is always available and helps me navigate the deals so that I’m not losing out on any promos. that kind of effort to give me a deal in the short term is what will keep me storing my items here in the long-term.
