Renting here has been a pleasant experience. Dondrick set up my account over the phone and walked me through a bunch of questions to ensure I received the appropriate unit for my storage needs. And then when I showed up, Ileana gave me the grand tour and ensured we had a smooth packing experience. The facility was clean and we feel comfortable with the security -- gates, pin pads, cameras, and locks that came with the units. You can also add an additional lock to the unit if you desire.
