The units them selves are great. But where are the employees!? My wife has been trying to get a smaller unit for over two weeks. She goes in on Friday, Monday and Saturday to try to talk to someone and nobody is there. She calls and it transfers us to Layton or Centerville and every time they say the girl working had a family emergency! What is happening with this poor girls family every weekend!? The other locations are super helpful but we need to see units in the actual building we are in. Another thing to know the reason she is wanting a smaller unit is in the two and a half years we have had a unit the price is almost tripled. The unit that started out at $175 is now over $300! We are super thankful for the other stores employees but Farmington needs to get their staffing issues figured out, especially considering that they increae the price for current costumers all the time.
