State St. Customer parking is available in the attached parking structure, with thegarage entrance located at 52 East Exchange Place. When entering the parking garage, take a parking ticket and proceed to the bottom level, where you’ll find the entrance to our storage facility. Customers can receive up to 1.5 hours of validated parking at no charge. A parking validation kiosk is conveniently located on the right-hand side of the facility entrance. Any time parked beyond the 1.5-hour validation period may incur additional parking fees.

Special Event Parking Notice:During nearby special events, the garage may require a flat-rate event parking fee. If this occurs, inform the parking attendant that you're visiting Extra Space Storage. They will issue a regular parking ticket, which can be validated inside the facility for up to 1.5 hours at no charge.

Loading and Unloading Information

For the easiest loading and unloading experience, customers should use thedesignated loading area located at 60 East Exchange Place. This area features a loading ramp that allows you to unload your belongings directly outside the facility entrance. When accessing the loading zone, we recommend backing your vehicle down the ramp, as this positions it for the most direct and efficient unloading at the entrance. This area is ideal for move-ins, move-outs, and visits involving larger or heavier items.
