Everyone who has helped me has been very kind and courteous! I have worked with the manager, Tyler, and he was professional and helpful. I love that my unit is drive up and I can access it even when the office is closed. Tyler usually answers the phone and even the woman who stepped in for him in his absence was very informative and kind. They both helped me out with my needs and working in my budget, answering questions and resolving any concerns I had. I appreciate good customer service- and they have it here. Thanks!

I was super excited about moving my storage out of Tooele but come to find out their rates aren’t guaranteed and they will go up. I have been paying the same price for 4 1/2 years. I feel they would get more business if they gave a price and didn’t fluctuate prices. But other then that my experience wasn’t to bad. But because of the price fluctuating I didn’t end up moving storage units. A real shame.

I've been a renter at extra extra space storage for quite some time years in fact and in all the time that I have been running there they've always been on spot when it has come to recently somebody broke in my storage unit and they notified me immediately as soon as it happened and it helped me with getting another lock on and everything else immediately I've got nothing but good to say about these guys they have always helped me whenever I've needed it and they're very good to rent from

Needed a short term rental between moves. Staff is great, easy access and great pricing compared to other companies. The area felt very safe and always clean. Would definitely use this storage over the others.
