Excellent service from Tyler. I wanted to check out the space of a couple of different sized units. He was accommodating and explained the pricing and contract. He was very friendly, easy going, no pressure to but any unnecessary add-ons. It took me about 15 mins from seeing what was available and deciding to set up a rental agreement, then signing a contract. I would recommend using the units off State Street and 3947 South.

I really appreciated using this storage space. It was easy to get everything setup and the staff was really helpful whenever I needed to interact with them. Move out was also really easy. The space is simple and easy to access. Also, they do regular rounding and I felt like my unit was watched over and secure as could be.

Everyone who has helped me has been very kind and courteous, I have worked with both Tyler and Meghan and they are professional and helpful. I love that my unit is drive up and I can access it even when the office is closed. Tyler got me set up with an access code over the phone and Meghan helped me work with my monthly budget constraints. Online application and auto payment set up was easy. I appreciate good customer service!

I've been a renter at extra extra space storage for quite some time years in fact and in all the time that I have been running there they've always been on spot when it has come to recently somebody broke in my storage unit and they notified me immediately as soon as it happened and it helped me with getting another lock on and everything else immediately I've got nothing but good to say about these guys they have always helped me whenever I've needed it and they're very good to rent from
