This is my first time renting storage. I chose Extra Space first and foremost because it is less than two miles from my house, but it also seems like an excellent choice in terms of cleanliness, efficiency, security, and climate control. I especially like the very spacious indoor loading/unloading area. Alissa was very professional and thorough, explaining terms up front so there were no surprises at contract signing. I also really ike the convience of the Extra Space app.

This has been an extremely positive experience, from the initial call with the inventory manager (Makiya, may be wrong spelling) to the local manager (Alissa Maralit). Both are very friendly, professional, polite and so helpful in every way. I met Alissa on the phone when she called me Tues morning 8 Sep 2026 to follow up to the reservation Makiya made on 7 Sep and later that morning as well as on move day Wed 9 Sep. Her understanding and assistance to me (limited ability in using tech on a smart phone) was evident of the exceptional customer service you provide to space renters. I could not be more satisfied. Thank You. I will certainly recommend Extra Space Storage to anyone who needs a storage facility.
