Bri was so sweet and fast ! She answered all our questions and made sure we understood everything before purchasing a unit ! Update after using storage for 8 months …. I should’ve known when they asked for us to give them a good review for a discount it was a red flag ….. we found a rat in our clothes and maggots and again only used this storage place for 8 months ! We didn’t do a claim because some items were valuable and able to clean and still use and if you do a claim they basically pay you but take everything in your storage . So I had to throw allll of my clothes away and other items now start from scratch when I opened our garage it smelled funny but I’m pregnant so I didn’t think much of it then I started smelling piss and seeing bits of rat poop around and all . I’m sooooooo frustrated and upset and hurt that I can’t do anything about it but be mad and leave a review . Do not go to this storage it’s not worth anything but 1$ and if you do go only use it for a week if that !!
