Great experience with Extra Space Storage on Mountain Road. The climate controlled units are clean and easy to access. The storage is well located on Route 33 close to I-295. The manager was very helpful and did a great job. If you are looking for storage, I highly recommend Extra Space Storage off Mountain Road.

Customer service was absolutely incredible! Knocked a star simply because the unit in Montpelier stank heavily of mold and mildew which made me very concerned about storing baby clothes.

Daniel reacted to my call about a large rate increase immediately. His quick action led to an almost immediate response that was in the customer’s favor. You need more employees like Daniel that provide excellent customer service.
